7. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific results from marketing activities, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes that may affect services

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will provide any completed work and necessary handover documentation
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
• Any licence to use our proprietary materials terminates

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or failure of third-party services.
