3. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services
- Respond to requests for information or approval in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the right to use any materials provided to us
- Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
4. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property

Deliverables
Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights in custom deliverables created specifically for you, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We retain the right to use anonymised case studies and examples of our work in our portfolio.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed:
- A deposit may be required before work commences
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date
- All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our relationship. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee specific results from marketing activities, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control
- We are not responsible for third-party platform changes that may affect services
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- We will provide any completed work and necessary handover documentation
- Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
- Any licence to use our proprietary materials terminates
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or failure of third-party services.
10. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
- Use automated systems to access the website without permission
- Introduce viruses or other malicious code
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
11. Governing Law
